About Us J-D Biggers Appraisal Jim Biggers, Realtor® NCVSoftware

J-D Biggers Appraisal & Consultation has been serving Arizona communities since 1989 when it was founded by John-David Biggers.

J-D Biggers Appraisal & Consultation is committed to providing timely and accurate service to all our clients and the community. Seven days a week, we work on fulfilling that commitment.

Specializing in residential properties, including 2-4 family income properties, manufactured and modular housing, and proposed construction, J-D Biggers Appraisal & Consultation has extensive experience covering many regions of Arizona and has created custom data models and direct market research to obtain accurate market data. These custom data models make full account of information that is typically disregarded in simple "paired sales analysis" which have inherent flaws. As a result,we are able to determine market variances more accurately. This service is available at a modest fee to lenders and other appraisers alike.

NCVSoftware™

John-David Biggers founded NCVSoftware as a natural extension to the Real Estate Appraisal field with solutions for appraisers and lenders alike as existing commercial pplications were simply not usuable. It seemed commercial developers wanted their applications to be "cool" but care little for how functional they were.

In the year 2000, John-David Biggers sent a sample of his FieldData! application to the nations largest commercial developer of appraisal software, and offerred it for FREE to the company. The owner of the company, who hapens to share the same last name, sent a rather non-factual an insulting email in response and called the software "Not Commercially Viable." So John decided to form NCVSoftware (hence the Not Commercially Viable reference) and offer the software for free (in the beginning). Today, that same company tries, and fails, to compete with FieldData! The company, whoch could have had the design and code for free, spends tens of thousands of dollars each year submitting fraudulent advertisements trying to compare their product, but are only superior when they lie and base their most current versions against the very original version of FieldData!, written some 4 years ago.
NCVSoftware is NOT "in it for the money." Having been in the field, I simply want users to have the best tools available. If I can do it better, I do. If someone else does, I'm happy to recommend their software.
